Exhibition Hire Terms and conditions
Welcome to PHOTOMAFIA STUDIOS! We appreciate your interest in hiring our studio. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By booking our studio, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Definitions
"The Company" refers to Photomafia Studios.
"The Client" refers to the individual or organization hiring exhibition services.
"Services" refers to exhibition hire, planning, curation, video interviews, poster design, and other services offered.
2. Booking and Payment
A £300 non-refundable fee is required to secure a 5-hour exhibition event (2 pm-7 pm).
Full payment must be made 30 days before the event.
Additional services, such as extended weekend shows for £100, must be confirmed and paid before the event.
3. Services Provided
Services include event planning, curation, video and podcast interviews, poster design, distribution, food, and drinks.
Specially curated shows on significant topics may be arranged at a reduced cost.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made 60 days before the event will forfeit the booking fee.
For cancellations within 15 days, 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
5. Use of Space
The Client is responsible for maintaining the exhibition space and adhering to the agreed event time.
Any additional time or changes to the schedule must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
Photomafia Studios is not responsible for any damages, loss, or injury during the event unless caused by the Company’s negligence.
The Client is liable for any damages to the venue or equipment.
7. Insurance
The Client must provide proof of public liability insurance before the event.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
9. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement if The Client violates any terms.
